I’ve decided to finally get serious about programming and fill in the gaps with my front-end experience. The main area I want to focus on is Javascript because I have the most experience with HTML and CSS. Doesn’t hurt to refresh my knowledge on it. Therefore, I’m tackling their Foundations course first and then the Full Stack Javascript course. Various Redditors who’ve completed both courses say it took them ~1000 hours in total. If I put aside 4 hours a day, I will be done in roughly 36 weeks or 9 months. If I put aside 8 hours a day, I will be done in roughly 18 weeks 5 months. I don’t want to rush this but at the same time, I believe I should be able to grasp these concepts rather quickly since I do have some prior experience.
